ESCAPEROO is a Tiny Home located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It is 26’ long (31’ w/hitch) x 8’ 6” wide x 13’ 6” high and 408 Square Feet. The exterior is wooden with custom stain and a 6' x 12' wooden deck.

ESCAPEROO has an upstairs double loft area for sleeping & storage. The downstairs has an open living area with flat screen TV, lots of light, and a modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, tall Danby fridge and a Danby washer/dryer combo.

There is a bathroom with sink, full size shower and Toto toilet. High efficiency A/C heat pump, USB outlets, Full size windows and operable windows with window coverings. Great birch wood interior, solid butcher block counters and staircase with engineered composite floors. ESCAPEROO Tiny Home is well made and energy efficient.
